LETTER OF APPRECIATION

Hello, my name is Kristina. I want to share my experience with The Ring of Democracy and CA mortgage Relief Program and the wonderful things they are doing to help homeowners like us who have fallen on hard times due to the pandemic. We  found ourselves facing the scary reality of losing our home where we have raised our kids.

When the pandemic hit we fell behind in payments and between other family issues and getting covid we fell further behind. While communicating with our mortgage we were told that we could defer our payments to the backend of our mortgage. When the pandemic was over our mortgage co. wanted us to pay all payments and late fees which of course we could not do. When my husband first told me about this program I was skeptical as it sounded too good to be true. After my husband who is not very IT savvy found himself struggling with the process he made contact with Cynthia at the Ring of Democracy who tried very patiently to help him. He still was struggling so she set us up  an appointment with Joanna Ruiz who helped us through the process, our application was submitted and the ladies took over as our advocates, following up on the progress of our application, communicating with our mortgage, relaying information to us and submitting any additional documents requested by our mortgage company.

These ladies were always so professional, polite, and patient. They are a godsend. Between them, Ring of Democracy and CA Mortgage Relief Program our home is saved, our payments are caught up. We will forever be grateful to them and can sleep again knowing we will not lose our home. I recommend this program to friends, family, and anyone who is in jeopardy of losing their home due to the pandemic or hardships related to the pandemic. - Kristina & Joe
