The Ring of Democracy is proud to be one of several community-based organizations collaborating with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and other stakeholders in the state of California on outreach efforts to provide much needed education on workers' rights in Sacramento county.

The California Workers' Outreach Project (CWOP) aims to help inform workers how to continue to stay safe at work, stay informed of their rights in the workplace by providing outreach and education on workplace health & safety, worker leave, filing a claim, and pay benefits.
