Spring 2026: The Ring of Democracy Conducts Midterm Candidate Interviews

Sacramento, Calif. (May 27, 2026) - Midterm election season came and went in 2026, bringing a variety of candidates running for local, statewide, and national positions. As a non-profit founded to engage, educate, organize, and mobilize marginalized communities overall, we led sit-down conversations with candidates in the greater Sacramento region. We spoke about pressing issues from the city to the nation, including affordability, healthcare, immigrant rights, and more.
